I spent nearly a decade working here, and Dan is passionate for building high-performance buildings in the Pretty Good House way. He is also a very pragmatic [occasionally nihilistic] boss with an extremely solid crew that is safe and welcoming.

Non-Trad Tradies
As a cofounder of Non-Trad Tradies, I have been able to help women, trans and nonbinary folks learn about and enter the trades. We are slowly moving the dial away from the toxic patriarchy of the past, and continue to listen and learn every day. We will continue meetups well into the future
